Transportation to the Congress venue will be scheduled and provided at no additional cost to the Congress registrants from the hotels to the Congress venue.
Important notice: The lodging prices were negotiated to encourage maximum participation, however, the bookings are executed directly between you and the lodging company and the Congress does not have any role in this transaction. All changes including cancellation and refund, do not involve the Congress.
