You are being invited to participate in the 2025 Healthcare Technology Foundation (HTF) Clinical Alarm Safety Practices Survey, which is a research initiative aimed at assessing clinical alarm-related issues, alarm fatigue, event occurrences, improvement measures, and areas requiring further action. ​

The survey is part of a broader effort to enhance patient safety and improve alarm management systems in healthcare environments. ​ This survey updates the HTF national surveys conducted in 2006 (1,327 respondents), 2011 (4,278 respondents), and 2016 (1,241 respondents), and now expands it internationally.
