International Clinical Alarm Survey
2025 Healthcare Technology Foundation (HTF) Clinical Alarms Safety Practices Survey of Healthcare Personnel
You are being invited to participate in the 2025 Healthcare Technology Foundation (HTF) Clinical Alarm Safety Practices Survey, which is a research initiative aimed at assessing clinical alarm-related issues, alarm fatigue, event occurrences, improvement measures, and areas requiring further action.
The survey is part of a broader effort to enhance patient safety and improve alarm management systems in healthcare environments. This survey updates the HTF national surveys conducted in 2006 (1,327 respondents), 2011 (4,278 respondents), and 2016 (1,241 respondents), and now expands it internationally. If you agree to participate in this study, select the online survey about alarm safety practices from the languages below. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
Participation in this study is voluntary and your responses will be kept completely anonymous. We do not collect personal information or IP addresses, ensuring your privacy. All responses will be used solely for research purposes and will be stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
