The Global Clinical Engineering Alliance (GCEA) is a nonprofit 503 (C3) organization dedicated to the promotion of the Clinical Engineering field that focuses on making patient care safer and of the best possible quality. To achieve its mission, GCEA depends on donations from individuals, corporations, and other groups who share in the importance of its mission.

GCEA is seeking such donations to create international public and professional educational programs, to reach out to the public, to engineers and technologists, to administrators and clinicians, to government agencies, industry, and other stakeholders to collaborate on the development and exchange of best practices in the area of patient care technologies management.

Our organization is uniquely positioned to extend its reach and to achieve its mission through alliances between the multiple associations and groups functioning within the healthcare delivery domain.

We encourage the promotion of applied research and recognition of excellence in the optimization of the life cycle of technologies used to support care management through a better understanding of each of the stages in the technology life and how to optimize its management for achieving optimal and intended care outcomes.
