Registration is required for all participants.
Accepted papers will be announced by July 5, 2025.
Presenting on-site authors of accepted papers will receive a 50% discount on the registration fee (register after July 5, 2025, to be eligible).
Co-authors and non-authors must complete the registration process and pay the full fee.
Registered participants only will have their abstracts published in the Congress Proceedings distributed by the Global C.E. Journal.
Attendance at the 6^th ICEHTMC Congress requires the successful completion of the registration process.

If your paper is accepted and you desire to receive 50% of your registration fee waived, please register after July 5, 2025, with a waiver code we will provide you in the acceptance email.

If your abstract is accepted but you are unable to attend in person, you must submit a pre-recorded video of your presentation. Please note that registration for virtual participation is required, and the recorded video must be uploaded with the registration form.
